Perversely, scientific evidence is frequently ignored by the Learning & Development community in favour of the status quo.

Learning Afresh predicates solutions based on scientific evidence. Favoured methods include micro-learning (chunking), reflective practice, and designing activities for habit formation.

'Training the team'

Traditional training was insufficient for a modern, cutting-edge Immunotherapy team. Time away, costly travel, and out-of-hours study only served to undermine the equitable principles of the team and placed a strain on those left behind.
An inclusive micro-learning methodology, facilitated by mobile technology, was developed to support team learning with differentiated pathways.

'The assurance of risk'

A  review of the senior team highlighted an organisational learning vulnerability, aggravated by increased home-working of key staff.
Our remedial solution used evolving crisis leadership scenarios with reflective seminars, each led by credible experts with backgrounds in counter-terrorism and law enforcement.

'Devising a learning strategy'

This humane education project encompassed employee training but also shaped the learning products of the international charity.  
A priority was identified to document existing best-practice and to define sustainable and scalable solutions. We loved working with this client, and take satisfaction in each of the many awards they have earned.
